About JAM+

JAM+ is a digitally native commerce platform born from the merger of JAM Paper & Envelope and Big Name Commerce. We're building a best-in-class ecosystem for customizable office supplies, packaging, and stationery — with a strategic focus on long-tail SKU variety, print-on-demand workflows, and seamless DTC experiences across Envelopes.com, Folders.com, and JAMPaper.com.

2025 and 2026 are shaping up to be transformational years: we’ve just completed a complex Magento replatform, brought development in-house, and are doubling down on customization, product onboarding, and lifetime value across our DTC portfolio.

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to own and scale our DTC product roadmap — with a core focus on bringing customizable products to life on Magento, driving new category launches, and enhancing our onsite experience to maximize conversion, AOV, and LTV.

You’ll report directly to the CEO and work cross-functionally with design, engineering, marketing, and operations. This is a build-from-scratch role for someone eager to lead in a fast-paced, resource-constrained but opportunity-rich environment. You’ll be both architect and operator — shaping our product development process, prioritizing high-ROI features, and helping to define the future of customization commerce.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and evolve the DTC product roadmap across Envelopes.com, Folders.com, and JAMPaper.com, with an emphasis on customizable product offerings
  • Identify, size, and prioritize opportunities based on impact to core KPIs (conversion, AOV, retention, LTV)
  • Drive Magento product development — including new site features, catalog onboarding workflows, and customization tools
  • Collaborate with UX, engineering, and marketing to deliver site features that improve speed to launch, personalization, and customer value
  • Define and manage JIRA workflows, backlogs, and sprint cadence for cross-functional teams
  • Hold engineers accountable to delivery timelines and tradeoffs; translate business needs into actionable product requirements
  • Partner closely with the CEO and executive team to align product strategy with company objectives

Qualifications

  • 5–8+ years in product management, with at least 3 years in DTC eCommerce
  • Proven success launching features or new product categories on platforms like Magento, Shopify Plus, or custom-built stacks
  • Strong technical fluency; able to understand implementation complexity and advocate for scalable solutions
  • Deep interest in eCommerce KPIs and how product decisions drive financial and business outcomes
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and building from scratch in high-growth environments
  • Excellent prioritization and decision-making instincts — you can balance strategic bets with quick wins
  • Passion for DTC and digitally native commerce; you’re excited to shape the next wave of customized shopping

Bonus Points

  • Hands-on experience with Magento 2 product onboarding and/or customization flows
  • Experience with onsite personalization tools, CRO, or design-to-print workflows
  • Familiarity with ERP, OMS, or warehouse systems related to DTC fulfillment

Note: Only Canadian or US residents with lawful, unrestricted work authorization will be considered.
